Storm Constantine's first published novel was The Enchantments of Flesh and Spirit, the first of the Wraeththu Trilogy which also includes The Bewitchments of Love and Hate, and The Fulfillments of Fate and Desire.
Her work is interesting because it explores not only magic as traditionally defined in fantasy fiction, but the darker side, while her characters are interesting and believable, with complex personalities and motivations.
After experiencing disappointment at the shelf life of good novels, and the difficulty of keeping a back catalogue in print, Constantine started Immanion Press with Gabriel Strange in 2003. They soon branched out into publishing other work from both new and established authors.
Storm Constantine has a strong interest and significant experience in real world magic and has also written several books on the subject.
